Jaynes plain speaking, no nonsense approach has been great. I approached her after 4 years of struggling with the books myself or paying handsomely for the accountant to do them, Jayne produces a report so that you have an overview rather than just an end figure, which is just what a small business needs. She does what you want when you want, does exactly what it says on the tin, in essence!!
